Letter calling for action against Professor Amy Wax

 In December 2021, Penn Professor Amy Wax, in the latest of a string of hateful and racist comments over several years, published remarks attacking members of the Asian American community and disparaging Asian American immigrants.

Several members of the Penn Law community have compiled a letter, which has amassed more than 1,500 signatures from Penn Law students, staff, alumni, and affiliates, addressed to Dean Ted Ruger and the Tri-Chairs of the Faculty Senate calling for swift action beyond verbal condemnation of Professor Wax’s comments.
